Brand - Kleshie Bellman 

Condition - Good vintage condition. It looks like there are two little hole to either side of the front of the neck, but there isn't. It just the crochet showing because the lining is a v-neckline to the front. 

Kleshie Bellman pieces are very rare these days. They were hand made pieces so not mass produced. 

Kleshie Bellman was a mid 20-th century British fashion designer. She was born in London in 1896 to the family of Polish descent. She lived and operated out of Hemel Hempstead.

She was famous throughout the 1950s and 60s for her high quality hand-made knitwear, distinctive hostess dresses  exclusive children's clothing. Her hand-crafted garments were retailed internationally, though major department stores. There are virtually no other of her pieces available for sale right now. 

This is a beautiful, well made, high quality piece. It is a two piece skirt suit. 
It is made from 100% wool in a lovely vibrant red.
The jacket has a collared neckline and buttons down the front with red knitted buttons. 
It has long sleeves and two small pockets to the front of the jacket. 
Fully lined. 
With a below, just below knee length skirt that is every so slightly flared and fully lined. 
Fastening to the side of the skirt with a zip and hook. 
The pics don't do this justice at all, it is really beautiful.
